I need a strategy defining the steps we have to take to make the HR DEPARTMENT successful plus the recruiting strategy needs to be defined so we can fill the 53 positions by August 1st.I have 3 recruiters in the US working on filling 53 open position righty now. It takes 97.3 days to get a candidate hear with the physical visa and other processing time. This plan needs to focus on improvement process and how we are going to man the 249 plus backfill any attrition that resigns or is released because of SAUID Government age 60 restrictions.My boss has asked me to prepare a HR/staffing (recruiting plan for 2013) this is real and will be presented.
